Ignite was founded after seeing the same pattern in too many businesses:

    Jennie is the Founder & Principal at Ignite PCG. With 20+ years across Marine, Agriculture, Mining Services and Engineering to name a few. Jennie helps leaders align people, culture and strategy for growth. Plain-English, no nonsense, and firmly on your side. Jennie partners end-to-end, turning vision into confident action while keeping compliance tight and the path to growth clear.

    Samantha Lawrence

    Senior Business Partner

    Samantha is a seasoned People & Culture Leader with 20 years of experience across mining, engineering, agriculture, and professional services. Known for her calm, kind, and solutions-focused approach, she specialises in resolving complex people matters, leading organisational change, and designing strategic initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and performance. Samantha is passionate about creating workplaces where individuals feel supported, valued, and equipped to thrive. 

    Throughout her career, Samantha has held senior leadership roles across people operations, talent, culture, and capability. Samantha has led multidisciplinary teams, delivered enterprise-wide strategies, overseen complex investigations, and supported organisations through restructures, mergers, and periods of significant transformation.

    Business Partner

    With over 13 years experience across the Oil and Gas and Allied Health sectors., Hannah is known for her genuine connection, curiosity, and strong business insight paired with a warm, people-first approach.

    Hannah is passionate about empowering leaders, nurturing positive culture, and championing wellbeing. Guided by data, intuition, and values, Hannah creates environments where people feel supported, inspired, and positioned for meaningful growth.
